What to Expect During this 50-minute session, I offer you a relaxed, no-pressure space where you can: • Talk openly about your current situation and what you would like to improve or change • Understand how coaching works and how I can support you in your journey • Address any questions or doubts you have and explore if this coaching process is the right fit for you This session is a space where you will be truly heard, gain clarity on your priorities, and decide if coaching is the right path to help you move forward with confidence. Important Note - The fee for this Kickstart Consultation will be fully deducted from your first coaching package if you decide to enrol in one of my coaching programmes. Session Cancellation Policy I understand that unexpected events can happen. While I do not enforce a strict cancellation policy, I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you cannot attend a scheduled session. This helps me manage appointments respectfully and allows for flexibility in rescheduling.
